The Project Horus Team is delighted with their repeater balloon that they sent aloft last Sunday from the Mildura during the WIA annual weekend.

Plenty of contacts made over the four state footprint area, the first such occasion for the Adelaide based group.

Some 30 people saw Horus 26 go up at 8am. Many also witnessed a second launch Horus 27 that took images.

All went to plan as explained on Saturday during a technical talk, with both payloads being recovered.
