Getting even more action is the VK8NSB Slow Scan Television repeater in Darwin on a frequency of 28.700MHz.

Its operator Stuie Birkin VK8NSB advises that there are now 18 pictures which cycle through the hour under beacon mode.

The repeater is running 30 watts upper sideband into a half wave vertical antenna. To activate it requires an audio 1750kHz tone for 2 seconds.
