A real challenge to the claim of being the best televised marriage since Neighbours sweethearts of Scott and Charlene, will take place in front of a worldwide TV audience.

A group of digital amateur television fans are ready to telecast the wedding of Matthew Dulak VK3EVL and Emily Garlick-SlomanVK3FEGL, on Saturday 17, September.

The telecast originating through the VK3RTV digital amateur television repeater throughout Melbourne and Geelong at about 3pm (AEST) will be relayed live via the British Amateur Television Club website.

Matthew and Emily will become man and wife in front of an invitation only gathering and have it telecast via amateur television.

This is another first for the VK3RTV repeater recently digitised which held the World’s 1st DATV QSO Party.
